Production & Fulfillment

All products are custom-made to order, so please allow up to ~7 days for production before shipping. Each item is handmade and unique, so production time is part of the process and isn’t factored into delivery estimates.

🇦🇺 Shipping Within Australia

We ship worldwide, including to Australia. Your order will be produced and then shipped directly to your address.

Estimated delivery times (production + shipping):

Production: ~7 business days
Shipping (international from US facilities): varies by service and carrier

⚠️ Because orders are shipped internationally to Australia, delivery times can be longer than domestic shipments. Typical delivery for international standard shipping is 2–3+ weeks depending on customs and postal service speed.

🌍 International Shipping (Outside Australia)

We ship to customers around the world — including North America, Europe, UK, Asia, and beyond.

Important international notes:

Shipping costs depend on destination, order weight, and shipping method.
International deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees in your country. These are set by your local government and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. You are responsible for any additional charges.
Delays can occur due to customs processing — please allow extra time during busy periods or if customs inspection is required.

How Shipping Costs Are Calculated

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on three factors:

Weight of the items you ordered
Where the items are being shipped
Quantity of products, including a small fulfilment fee per product (about $1 per item)

Delivery Methods & Options

Aisling Line mainly uses USPS (United States Postal Service) and partner carriers for international shipments.

Common options include:

Standard International Shipping – More affordable but longer delivery times
Expedited Shipping – Faster delivery (usually shorter but sometimes more expensive)
Tracking Information – You and your customer will be notified with tracking details once the order ships

Shipping Time Estimates

Delivery times can vary widely based on location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. General timing guidelines:

Standard international: ~10–30+ business days
Express / expedited: Typically faster but depends on destination and carrier
